PrivateAILockers.com is a private room for a business, group or organization. This page explains what we hold and how it is handled.
Every request is checked against the room it belongs to at the server. A member of one room cannot read, change or delete anything in another room. Staff-only material is not served to a member who is not staff. Private messages are visible only to the two people in the conversation.
Sign-in is by a private link sent to a member’s email address. Links expire on their own and work once. There are no passwords to steal or reuse. An administrator can end a member’s access immediately.
Uploads are stored in a private area, never a public folder, and are served only to a signed-in member of the owning room. Only accepted file types are stored and size limits are enforced at the server.
Rooms are created and administered by an adult who is responsible for who is invited in. If your group includes members under 13, contact us before setting the room up so we can confirm the right consent arrangements.
We do not sell your information. We do not show advertising in your room. We do not use the material in your room to market to your members.
An administrator can delete material at any time. On cancellation, the room is closed and the material is retained for a grace period so it can be exported, then deleted.
